Sur Lie
Sur Lie is a sparkling apple wine made from Danish Belle de Boskoop Apples.
After fermentation in steel tank is finished, the lees will be left in the tank, so the now inactive yeast will be stirred for several months, adding complexity and flavour to the wine.
Produced by méthode traditionelle, Sur Lie will be aged and disgorged after a minimum of 6 months in bottle.
Sur Lie is suitable for aperitif, fish, seafood and cheese.
