Aroma is made from a blend of selected Danish Red Aroma, Jonagold and Discovery apples. The wine is bottled for 16 months before disgorging.

Aroma 2016 is served with spicy food, such as Spanish sausages, cheeses, and in general a good tapas or sushi table.
