Galadriel Elderflower

  • Alcohol: 11% vol.

Belle de Boskoop apples and Samyn Elderflowers are fermented in steel tanks at low temperature followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine is then matured on yeast in the bottle for at least 12 months before being disgorged. The autolytic notes from the maturation period on yeast together with the fruity Belle de Boskoop and Elderflowers result in a floral, rigorous and inviting sparkling wine, which in addition to elderflower can offer notes that are known from beautiful Sauvignon blanc and Gewürtztraminer.

The wine should be served as an exquisite aperitif, or with fish, shellfish and cheeses.
