Bliss Raspberry

Bliss is a semi-dry sparkling raspberry wine. Bliss is made from raspberries of the Lagorai and Autumn Bliss varieties. In the Nordic climate, raspberries have optimal conditions. The temperature differences between the cool nights and the long bright days give raspberries a long ripening time, which develops a fantastic aroma and a completely unique acid profile. The berries are pressed into juice and fermented at a low temperature in steel tanks. The wine is blended with apple wine, after which it ferments a second time in the bottle. Stores min. 9 months before release.

Bliss is served chilled and is recommended as a different and exquisite aperitif or as a perfect companion to summer dishes, desserts and cheeses.
