Sparkling Christmas is a sweet sparkling Christmas wine made from Danish cherries and Christmas spices. In the Nordic climate, cherries have optimal conditions. The temperature differences between the cool nights and the long bright days give the berries a long ripening time, which develops a fantastic aroma and a completely unique acid profile.
The juice is fermented with Christmas spices at a low temperature, after which the wine is fermented a second time in the bottle.
Serve Sparkling Christmas chilled as an aperitif on Christmas Eve with baked goods, chocolate, confectionery and æbleskiver, or as an accompaniment to Christmas lunch. Sparkling Christmas Is very suitable for aperitif, desserts and cheese.
